For 25 years, Milwaukee Children’s Choir has helped shape area youth through innovative choral music education and unique performance experiences. We are proud of how far we’ve come and what we accomplished during that time. However, with a quarter of a century behind us, we are focused on how to get to the next 25 years.

To do that, we need to understand where our organization is going and set goals. A strategic plan will help us make short-term decisions based on long-term implications by providing direction and outlining measurable goals.

Frank Martinelli, who is well known in the Milwaukee community with over 35 years of consulting experience in strategic planning, Board effectiveness and leadership development, will work with MCC staff, Board of Directors and volunteers to identify key questions around organizational issues, provide alternative solutions, and create recommendations for MCC’s Board and staff who will oversee the implementation of the strategic plan.

The strategic planning process will occur over the next 4 months. The process will be completed with a functional strategic plan by December 2019. Implementation and completion of goals will take place over the next 5 years. Goals will be re-evaluated in 2-3 years to ensure alignment with strategic plan objectives and the direction of our organization as we move into the future.
